April is Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month
During Tuesday night’s City Council meeting Mayor Moran proclaimed the month of April as Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month in the City of Hiram; Ivy Capps from was in attendance to accept the proclamation on behalf of Paulding Child Advocacy.
