The Special Operations Division of the Hiram Police Department is managed by the Lieutenant and consists of four units: Traffic Enforcement, Criminal Investigations, Code Enforcement and the Training Unit. Each of these units support the Uniformed Patrol Division by concentrating on various concepts of law enforcement using specialized training.
