Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: Monday, April 8, 2013 @ 2:00 P.M.
Question Deadline: Thursday, April 11, 2013 @ 5:00 P.M.
Sealed proposals for the curbside collection of municipal solid waste for the City of Hiram will be received at the Office of the City Manager, located at 217 Main Street, Hiram, Georgia, 30141 until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 18, 2013 at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained in the attached packet. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
